For those of you who play fantasy baseball, you've probably noticed in your league(s) that Kendry Morales has been getting dropped faster than a crack baby.

Worry not, baseball fans, for help is on the horizon. Bud Selig has gathered up a few players and managers to form a committee during the All-Star break to look over MLB's current celebration policies. Taking a page out of the NFL, where there seems to be a rule for everything, look for the Deciding In-game Celebrations Committee to make some serious readjustments to celebrating walk off homeruns, perfect games, no-hitters, and the ever popular rain delays.
